Under our REI business line, we specifically target the purchase of medium to large-sized parcels of land (between 1 and 300 hectares) in attractive locations which are suitable for master-planning across Africa.
Our long-term strategy is to lead the way in the development of new, fully-serviced neighborhoods with an aim of improving the general standard of living across the sub-saharan continent.
Where the returns are hugely attractive, we also invest in new construction projects within city centers and urban settings, where the infrastructure, utilities and services are already present. Our target return is 25-30% year-on-year.
