SMC International Contractors Limited is a frontline investment company in Africa. We are both managers and providers of funds, and we have positioned ourselves as a major investment channel through which other potential investors are able to access a diverse portfolio of investments.
Our portfolio currently consists broadly of investments in private equity and real estate. Our real estate portfolio is significantly buoyant, with notable investments in the property development sector set to roll out in the coming months.
